Les smoothie bowls sont à l’honneur cette semaine, ces bols tout en couleurs pleins de fruits, de graines et de fleurs pour démarrer la journée avec le sourire. L’Américaine Rachel Lorton partage ses nombreuses préparations de smoothie bowls sur Instagram. Des recettes délicieuses, bonnes pour la santé, et des présentations aussi gourmandes qu’appétissantes. Ça donne vraiment envie de se lever un peu plus tôt le matin et, même, de les déguster tout au long de la journée.

Pour réaliser ses smoothie bowls vegan, véritables œuvres d’art aux couleurs vibrantes, Rachel Lorton mélange du yaourt à base de lait de coco avec des poudres provenant, par exemple, de baies de goji rouges, de spiruline verte ou de curcuma jaune-orangé. D’un habile coup de main, elle dessine ensuite des figures géométriques, à l’aide de pics en bois et de distributeurs de sauce.

Puis elles déposent des fruits frais ou congelés par dessus, ainsi que des graines et des céréales, selon ses envies. Le résultat est vraiment alléchant et range au placard le traditionnel bol aux céréales du petit déjeuner.
